Extra Gentle Yoga

This class is great for calming the nervous system in profound ways. It honors and invites all students with injuries and illnesses who shy away from regular yoga classes.
There are no standing poses or hands and knees  in this class.  All poses are lying on your back, seated, and legs up the wall.  There are restorative poses in this class as well.
No previous yoga experience is required.
