Foundations

Foundations is for those new to yoga or anyone who likes a slower paced class. This class will create body awareness while slowly building strength, balance and confidence. Learn the foundations of postures (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama) and other yoga basics.

A great class for those who want to build their practice and understanding, including students who have completed our Beginners Series.
