Friend Yoga Series
October 21st – November 11th
Join Darcie and Natasha for a fun opportunity to improve your strength, stability and flexibility. This 4-week partner yoga series will foster your connection with a partner, friend, spouse, parent or teen (all while secretly learning yoga!). The classes will cover yoga basics such as key poses, alignment, breathwork, meditation, and relaxation as well as some thai massage.
All fitness levels are welcome, a great practice for beginners and an active excuse for Monday evening social time!
