This class is perfectly designed to fit into your day time work schedule. With the goal of keeping office stiffness at bay, this class makes accessible some gentle movements and easy deep breathing designed to give you a break from sitting. We will focus on releasing shoulder stress and relieving lower back ache. Injuries welcome. Good for anyone new to yoga and for anyone looking to add safe and gentle movement back to the body.
