Meditation Circle Series
Mondays and Fridays
September 30th – October 25th
Join Sanaz for this unique opportunity to share space and time in a regular meditation practice. This is a silent meditation with minimal guidance from the facilitator. There will be a brief introduction followed by thirty minutes of meditation with fifteen minutes of discussion to end the circle.
Meditation has infinite benefits. This circle will focus on finding stillness and silence, exploring mindfulness and (yes!) even discovering a more meaningful life and purpose.
A great way to grow your community through meditation.
Beginners are welcome and encouraged to attend.
