The perfect pilates class, created especially with yogis in mind! This 5-week progressive series is a pilates mat workout. Core stabilization, flexibility, posture and balance are the focus. Beginners are welcome, but will need to attend a fundamentals workshop with Cynthia on Thursday, November 15th from 10:30-12:00.
