Pilates for Yogis

The perfect pilates class, created especially with yogis in mind! This 6-week progressive series is a pilates mat workout. Core stabilization, flexibility, posture and balance are the focus. Beginners are welcome, but will need to attend a free one-hour fundamentals workshop with Cynthia on Thursday, September 20th from 10:30-11:30. If there is enough interest, this could eventually become a regular drop-in class on our schedule.
