Prenatal Yoga Online
Prenatal Yoga has moved on-line! This is a free class to support a more comfortable pregnancy and help empower and prepare for birth. We practice gentle stretching and strengthening movements for ease and endurance during pregnancy as well as breathing to relax and focus the mind. This practice is designed especially for your beautiful pregnant body! Beginners welcome. Taught by a certified Prenatal Yoga teacher (PYRT).
