Prenatal Yoga Series
Try yoga to support a more comfortable pregnancy and help empower and prepare for birth. We practice gentle stretching and strengthening movements for ease and endurance during pregnancy as well as breathing to relax and focus the mind. This class is designed especially for your beautiful pregnant body! Beginners welcome. Taught by a certified Prenatal Yoga teacher (PYRT) with 15 yrs experience.
