A yoga class focused on strengthening your core and back muscles as well as toning your upper arms, thighs and buttocks with the goal of feeling positive, energized and comfortable in your body.
Join Sanaz for this progressive 8-week series as you not only gain strength and tone, but also embrace new habits and healthy ways to move into the fall and winter seasons with a more mindful approach to diet, exercise and rest.
During this session you will get guidance on food choices, receive a simple detox plan, keep track of your quality of sleep, learn simple exercises for home, track progress of your results, and create a private journal (provided by Sanaz).
Group discussion, giving and receiving support, and new and lasting friendships make this ladies-only class a unique and fun opportunity.
