Sunday Soothe

Join Jen on Sunday afternoons for a deeply therapeutic unwinding of the body and mind. This practice will include breath work, guided meditation, slow movement and sweetly long held dynamic and supported poses. Honour yourself with this opportunity to nurture and restore, perfectly tailored for your abilities. Includes the sweet sounds of live musicians.

All levels welcome.

This class is by donation, proceeds going towards community programs at the studio.
