For those who work with or want tools to better support those who have experienced trauma
Yoga Alliance CEU hours = 3
In this workshop we explore how conscious intention setting helps fine tune choices in languaging as well as to heighten physical and emotional sensitivity to accommodate those who have experienced varying degrees and types of trauma. Safety, choice, and breath-based practice habits are emphasized. Comparitive instruction practice and partner excercises deepen learning.
