“Wring” in the New Year-Yin Workshop
Join Kassandra for a 2 hour yin class emphasizing twists and specifically designed for your maximum relaxation. We will hold poses in a supported fashion using gravity to assist your body’s release.
Yin:This is a slower paced workshop holding floor poses between 1-5min. We relax the muscles; aim our intention into the joints and the deep tissues wrapping them, not the more superficial tissues of the muscles or skin. A great class for those looking for serious flexibility work and for those interested in contemplation – a bridge to meditation.
