Fri Nov 24, 4-6pm: Check-in, steam rooms/pools/hotub (included), free time. 6pm group dinner (not included). 8:15-9:30pm Wind-down yoga class with Kamala (included)
Sat Nov 25, 7-10am: at your leisure buffet breakfast/free time/hot tub/pool (included). 9-11am steam rooms open(included). 11:15-12:30pm awakening yoga class with Kamala (included). 1pm group light lunch in Barrique and Java (not inclu). 1-4pm free time/hot tub/pool/hike/spa treatment. 4-10pm steam rooms open. 6pm group dinner at Peakfine (not included). Free time/spa/hot tub pools after dinner.
Sun Nov 26, 7-10am: at your leisure buffet breakfast at Peakfine (included). Steam rooms open 9-11am (included). Check out by 11am.

Join senior yoga instructor, Kamala, on this weekend of yoga lifestyle immersion. Dive deep with 10hrs of yoga in the quiet & nurturing environment of Sorrento Centre (aprox 2.5hr drive from Penticton). Enjoy yoga, breath work, meditation, chanting & journaling. All sessions are optional.
Single lodge occupancy $390+tax before Feb 27/18. $490+tax after
