This postnatal practice is an opportunity to discover yoga with your baby present. We will address the specific post-birth recovery that your body needs while gently toning tired muscles, softening the upper back and shoulders, strengthening, helping reduce fatigue and increase relaxation, exploring tools for mindful parenting, supportive discussions and, of course, sharing time with other new parents and babies. Move your body in a way that feels good in a place where interruptions are expected and welcome. Suitable for your first 10 months or so  postpartum.

$32/4 week session
