Are you a new beginner or just want an in-depth review of the basics? This 5-week series will meet once a week and move progressively through basic asana (physical poses) with an introduction to pranayama (breath work), meditation and relaxation. A great opportunity to learn foundations movement and mindfulness in a fun and supportive environment!
