Beginner Yoga Series
Are you a new beginner or just want an in-depth review of the basics? This 4-week series will meet once a week and move progressively through basic asana (poses) with an introduction to yoga philosophy, pranayama (breath control), meditation and relaxation. A great opportunity to learn the foundations of yoga in a fun and supportive environment! Everyone is welcome and we’ll be holding one spot for a scholarship student.
