
Core and Restore
This class is gentle & slow. It is perfect for those new to yoga or anyone craving a nurturing, supportive practice focusing on strengthening your core, pelvic floor (for men and women) and getting a good whole body stretch. The class will finish with restorative poses. Use of props will be encouraged to make the practice accessible to everyone. A great way to start your week!
