These gently focused classes move slowly through basic reclined, seated and standing poses and breathing techniques and  finish with guided relaxation. A gentle hatha yoga practice is a great choice for those who enjoy developing strength and flexibility at a slower pace and is appropriate for beginners.

Tuesdays 9-10:00am with Sanaz

Fridays 5:30-6:30pm with Tessie

Saturdays 9-10:00am with rotating teachers
