Standing Balance Series
February 25th – March 18th
Join Bren in this 4-week series to move from mastering variations of Tree pose to using standing balance forms as transitions rather than destinations. These four 90min classes will gradually build on each other focusing on Tree, Eagle, Warrior 3, and more. Perfect guidance for students newer to these postures and for experienced students looking for next steps.
Reference material/home practice guides provided at each session.

Bren has been practicing yoga for 15 years, is a Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher who completed RYT200 training through the South Okanagan Yoga Academy (SOYA), is certified as a Yin Yoga Teacher, is certified in Level ii Pain Care Aware, and is currently working towards RYT500 certification. Sharing mindful movements, meditations, and breathing techniques, Bren finds fulfillment sharing her experience while holding space for students to connect with themselves.
