Join Sanaz for this unique opportunity to share time and space in a regular, fully guided meditation practice. At each class there will be a brief introduction, followed by thirty minutes of meditation, with fifteen minutes of discussion to end the circle. Meditation has infinite benefits and this circle will focus on finding stillness and silence, exploring mindfulness, and (yes!) even discovering a more meaningful life purpose. A great way to grow your community through meditation.

This series runs twice a week for 8 weeks (February 5th-March 27th). Students are encouraged to attend twice a week to build their practice, however, there is the option to register for one day a week, if needed. Please call the studio at 250-328-4426 to arrange this.
