Hatha Flow

This multi-level class links movement with breath while exploring breath work, warm-ups, peak poses and final relaxation. Find your balance between strength and stretch, flow and stillness, challenge and ease. This practice is appropriate for active beginners through to experienced students.

Mondays 1:30-2:30pm
Tuesdays 5:30-6:30pm
Thursdays 10:30-11:30am
Thursdays 5:30-6:30pm
Saturdays 10:30-11:30am
