Multilevel Hatha Yoga

This all-levels class develops strength, flexibility and a familiarity with common yoga poses. Multilevel is physically more challenging than a Gentle Hatha class. You’ll notice attention to alignment details and breath in this moderately active class. All levels of experience are welcome!
