Holistic Hatha Yoga Series

Whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for some time, come learn and explore the practice of Hatha Yoga to help create balance, harmony and peace within body and mind.
In this 6 week series, each class will be a balanced, holistic hatha practice including asana (postures), pranayama (breath control techniques), relaxation, mantras and meditation, as well as short discussions on yogic lifestyle and philosophy. Week to week students will build on what they have learned in previous classes to further deepen their practice.
