Join Chereen to balance your summer activities with this special yoga series. You will stretch and strengthen while learning mindfulness and self-regulation. Yoga is great for dancers and other young athletes, helping with both mind and body connection.
Chereeen Dupuis is trained with YogaKids International and is passionate about sharing her love of yoga and giving kids the tools to be centered and calm. We are excited to host her series at our studio!
