Fall Workshop Series

Join Kassandra for a rewarding exploration into your joints, muscles, and fascia. Each of these monthly workshops will include breathwork for nervous system regulation, mobility work to free up movement in tight and restricted places within your body, and the stillness of yin poses to experience deep release, stretch, and calmness. No previous yoga experience is required.

The Lower Body
Saturday, November 5th

In this workshop we will explore breath, movement, and stillness to regulate the nervous system and bring heightened awareness and freedom of movement to the joints and tissues of the lower body. This includes the pelvis, hips, legs, knees, ankles, feet, and toes. Targeted mobility exercises, easeful yin poses, and a breathwork session will allow you to experience your body in new ways and bring more harmony to your being.
