Nurture and Restore Yoga Workshop

Join Chèreen and welcome the fall season by nurturing yourself with self-care. Warm your body with gentle movements to release tension and holding, and then transition into a restorative practice. Practices introduced in this workshop include breathwork, self-myofascial release techniques, gentle yoga, restorative yoga, and guided meditation.
