Try yoga to support a more comfortable pregnancy and help empower and prepare for birth. We will practice gentle stretching and strengthening movements for ease and support during pregnancy as well as breath and mindfulness practices to relax and focus the mind. This class is designed especially for your beautiful pregnant body and includes practices to support birth and postpartum healing, and time for connection and discussion with other pregnant folks. No previous yoga experience is necessary.

$60 for 6 week session
