We are excited to offer Prenatal Yoga in the studio again! Try yoga to support a more comfortable pregnancy and help empower and prepare for birth. We will practice gentle stretching and strengthening movements for ease and endurance during pregnancy as well as breathing to relax and focus the mind. This class is designed especially for your beautiful pregnant body. No previous yoga experience is necessary. Space is limited for social distancing.
