Join Kassandra for two hours of steady, focused hip openers. This Yin yoga practice will stretch the entire hip on both sides to loosen and create fluidity. Explore new poses to reach deep connective tissues between the muscles and bring circulation to your joints. Open both your mind and body in this light-hearted and peaceful classic Yin workshop.
