YiNdra is a blend of Yin Yoga, which are slow movements with long held poses aiming to release tension from tight muscles and re-elasticize the connective tissues, and Yoga Nidra (yoga sleep), a type of restful meditation practiced laying down.
The blend of these two ancient practices right before bedtime can help with anxiety, sleep disorders, depression, aid sleep and help elevate your mood for days to come.
