  • 200 HR Yoga Teacher Training

    Join Lalita Scott, lead SOYA faculty member, to become a yoga teacher or deepen your personal practices with SOYA’s classical yoga program. This extended study program of weekends is a wonderful choice to study yoga and integrate it over time, giving students time to absorb the teachings and put their studies into practice. SOYA’s curriculum and Lalita’s engaging energy will help you to excel at your yoga teaching and your yoga lifestyle.

  • YOGA FOR ATHLETES SERIES

    Join Darcie for a 4-class series to work on our mind-body connection using mindfulness, breath work, meditation and a slow, strong flow practice with lots of places to challenge our balance. Drop-ins welcome.

  • Chair Yoga Series

    Join Alexandria for Chair Yoga, where you can experience gentle stretches, relaxation, and rejuvenation either fully seated or standing. This accessible class offers options to suit your comfort level, allowing you to unwind and recharge your mind and body in a supportive environment. Props and chairs are provided, but walkers, wheelchairs and other supports are welcomed and encouraged. Drop-in welcome, contact the studio.

  • PRENATAL YOGA SERIES

    Try yoga to support a more comfortable pregnancy and help empower and prepare for birth. We will practice gentle stretching and strengthening movements for ease and support, as well as breath and mindfulness practices to relax and nourish. No previous yoga experience needed. A 6-week series with Shauna.

  • POSTNATAL YOGA SERIES

    This 4-week postnatal series is an opportunity to discover yoga with your baby present. We will support the post-birth recovery that your body, mind & heart need with movement and breath practices, all while connecting in supportive community.

  • Collective Grief Circle

    A gathering to honour our grief. In this circle we will use our body and breath as gentle tools to embrace and process the grief cycle as a supportive community. There will be opportunities to share and/or listen. We will close our time together by resting in yoga nidra or yoga sleep. Sliding scale model to remove any financial barriers .

    Join Michael to focus on generating prosperity in all areas of your life. Come and create space for new hopes, dreams, and goals, by cleansing the energy channels of your body, mind, and spirit. Through pranayama, chanting, asana, and deep meditation, we will open to new possibilities in our lives. Suitable for practitioners of any background or experience.

  • Yin for the Whole Body

    Join Kassandra for an enjoyable afternoon of long held stretches targeting spaciousness and freedom for the whole body. in this workshop we will explore poses that target the fingers, wrists, feet, ankles, and neck as well as the shoulders, spine, and hips. As always, Kassandra will offer many modifications to make this workshop accessible to most bodies.

    Sit with us in Sacred Space.

    Join Raina to step out of your ordinary life and into the healing circle, where we sink into a calm, open space, open our hearts, heal our wounds and deepen our connections in true community. You will leave feeling safe, relaxed, held, rejuvenated.

  • Mother's Day Garden Yoga + Brunch

    Join our BE Hive teachers Darcie, Joi & Nicole, as they offer a special practice for Mother’s Day in beautiful Linden Gardens. Includes a day pass for the gardens and 11 am seating for a full brunch at Frog City Cafe.

  • Yoga and Sound Festival

    The Ripple Effect is a new non-profit yoga festival hosted by Wide Arts National Association tht the BE Hive is proud to help sponsor.

    This one-day event will take place the day after Summer Solstice, Saturday, June 22nd, 2024 at Linden Gardens in Kaleden with offerings from studios, facilitators, and healers in the South Okanagan. It is a day to learn together, create community together, lift each other up, and create ripples of kindness, love, and compassion in our communities.

  • Youth Yoga

    Share the experience of yoga and mindfulness in a safe and compassionate space. In our Children’s, Preteen and Teen Yoga classes we learn asana sequences, meditation, breathing practices and visualization, all with fun and connection!
